If you are looking for delicate-styled light sources, capsule LED bulbs would be just what you need - they are small and can fit in many places other bulbs or even strip lights can not. Capsule bulbs are typically used in decorative fixtures, small lighting installations, under cabinet and task lighting. Other common applications of these lights are projector lamps, specialist light fittings, dental lamps, and vehicle lights (in cars, boats, caravans etc.).
Our capsule lights have either G4 or G9 bases - the number here refers to the gaps between their pins/prongs. Another important difference here is that G4s have straight pins, while G9s’ loop (or are replaced by thin metal plates).
Despite their small size, capsule lights can be quite bright (especially when it comes to G9s) - those available in our offer go from 100 up to 770 Lumens. And that is with only 1.3-7 Watts of power - that is about five times higher light output than halogen lights of the same type. Capsule lights also provide a wide range of colour temperature (CCT) - from 3000 to 6000 Kelvins.
Depending on the model, capsule LED bulbs provide up to 270 or 360° light beam angle. Some models presented here are also dimmable, which means their initial light output can be scaled down. To be able to do it, you will need to connect your lights to a dimmer, which can be then controlled via a wall-mounted panel or a dedicated remote. You can find the list of recommended dimmers in a given bulb’s description.
