Amber is a warm, radiant colour that is considered to symbolise safety. This makes it a prominent option for living rooms, bedrooms and other areas meant for rest and relaxation. This means that amber LED strips are an excellent choice for mood lighting in such places. Our offer of amber LED lights include 12 V DC-powered strips with 2 options for diode density - 60 LEDs/m and 120 LEDs/m. The number of diodes dictates their light intensity - the first option provides 55 lm/m, while the other emits 110 lm/m. Both types have a width of 8 mm, so they can be installed almost at any spot. An important part to remember is they aren’t meant to be used outdoors or in damp places. This means that you can’t set them up on their own in bathrooms etc. - in such locations, they’ll need protection provided by waterproof aluminium profiles.

Each LED tape light has a flat, adhesive back - the glue used here will stick to flat surfaces made of many materials. Of course, the surface needs to be sufficiently smooth and devoid of any loose elements. LED strip’s adhesive properties can last even for a few years, but you should keep in mind it will give out eventually. So if you are planning to set up a permanent lighting fixture, consider using the aforementioned aluminium profiles. Besides holding strip lights in place and providing protection, they will also direct the light, opening many more possibilities. They come in various RAL colours, so they won’t stand out from the decor.
