This is an IP20 strip for dry indoor use only; for moisture-prone areas, choose a waterproof IP-rated version.
This strip runs on a dedicated 24V DC power supply and cannot be connected directly to mains - size the driver with roughly 20% spare headroom (the configurator suggests ~19W or higher per metre). Because it's an RGB+White strip it needs 5-core wiring and a compatible RGBW controller; a plain single-colour dimmer won't drive the colour channels. Cut only at the marked cut points (every 6.25cm), and mount it in a suitable aluminium profile for the best heat dissipation and finish.
